Scientific Digital Imaging LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an e-mail to [email protected] with "Unsubscribe Me" as the subject line. Scientific Digital Imaging LLC does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

Shipping

You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.  Any and all customs taxes, tarifs or duties are the responsibility of the entity receiving the goods.  Scientific Digital Imaging, LLC will not be responsible for any of these charges and will charge back to the customer if we are billed by the shipper.

If you are ordering from outside the U.S., please email us at [email protected] with what you wish to order.  We will send you a Proforma Invoice with shipping charges.  We DO NOT accept credit cards for orders over $350 for International Orders.  We require payment via Bank Wire Transfer, PayPal or Western Union for International orders.

Returns

All sales are final.  In certain, approved circumstances, we will return UNOPENED product.  In most cases, a 25% restocking fee will be assesssed.  There are NO RETURNS on discontinued, refurbished, or opened products.
